As a User Acquisition, you will manage app projects on Android for international markets.

ASO / Analysis:

• Market Research: Analyze the market on Google Play and the App Store to propose product and marketing strategies.
• Conversion & Visibility Optimization: Optimize conversion rates and visibility on app stores by combining logic, observation, and creativity.
• Behavior & Campaign Analysis: Use data and A/B testing to analyze user behavior and optimize marketing campaigns.

User Acquisition:

• Goal & Strategy Setting: Collaborate with the leader to define objectives and strategies for promoting games.
• Campaign Management: Set up and manage ad campaigns on platforms such as Google, Mintegral, Applovin, etc.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize creatives and campaign performance for game products on iOS and Android.
• Creative Asset Development: Work with the Creative team to develop marketing assets and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Reporting & Adjustment: Prepare daily/weekly reports and fine-tune marketing campaigns accordingly.
• Exploring New Channels: Research and test new marketing channels for games.

• Strong understanding and passion for the mobile gaming industry; prior experience in games is a plus.
• Ability to manage and handle multiple campaigns at the same time; creative, enthusiastic, open-minded, responsible, and driven to achieve results.
• Sharp data analysis mindset and strong logical thinking.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
• Market research skills and a good sense of trends to support advertising ideas are a plus.
• Solid experience in managing paid campaigns on any major platform (e.g., Google Ads, Mintegral, Applovin, Facebook Ads, Unity Ads, etc.).
• Knowledge/experience in data analysis, strategic/tactical planning, and problem-solving.

Salary is negotiable based on your skills and experience.
