Job Description

As a Playable Ads Developer, you will work on mobile game projects for iOS and Android platforms targeting the international market.

Develop Playable Ads (short game demos) to support Marketing campaigns for the company’s current game portfolio.
Collaborate with the User Acquisition (UA) team to plan and build scripts/concepts for playable ads.
Produce 2D and 3D playable ads to drive advertising efforts for global game projects.
Utilize knowledge/experience in developing Playable Ads for platforms such as Facebook, Google UAC, IronSource, etc.
Implement A/B testing on different script versions to find the optimal solution that meets the requirements of various ad networks.
Collaborate with the team to evaluate and optimize playables for maximum advertising efficiency.

Proficiency in working with both 2D and 3D game assets.
Strong foundation in algorithmic thinking, data structures, and logical reasoning.
Hands-on experience with game engines such as Cocos Creator and Unity.
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
Passion for gaming and a strong desire to grow within the game production industry.
Ability to read and understand English technical documentation.
Creative mindset with a constant drive for innovation and improvement.

Salary: Competitive and negotiable based on your skills and experience: upto 18M
