Responsibilities:

• Can ease the workflow by creating reusable templates and procedural designs (build a good pipeline)

• Designing games from A to Z: gameplay, FTUE, levels, environments, reward systems, difficulty, balancing etc

• Creating gameplay prototypes and a database of gameplay concepts that could be used in the future.

Requirements:

• Passionate about finding trends, gameplay, and game mechanics

• At least 2 to 3 years of experience as a game designer with Unity

• Solid knowledge about Game Design including game mechanics, level design, and UI/UX

• Experienced with creating mock-ups and wireframe designs.

• Experience with balancing game systems (difficulty, reward, monetization, etc)

• Creative problem-solving skills to address a diversity of game design

• You enjoy playing mobile games, especially hyper-casual

• Versatile, can adapt quickly

Responsibilities:

• Perform market research, keep ahead of trends to provide creative recommendation.

• Analyze ads and creatives, identify best practices, and provide actionable insights from the data to guide the team from a business perspective.

• Work closely with product to ensure the creative data needs are being reflected as expected and needed. Constantly challenge the tools and come up with innovative solutions.

• Analyze testing results on ASO and navigate the team/developers to make the best decisions according to the results. .

• Collaborate closely with Product to ensure the creative strategy is on par with UA plans and tactics.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of user acquisition experience in Mobile or analytical work experience

• High level of analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail

• Ability to turn complex data into actionable recommendations

• Experience working in fast-paced environments, preferably in mobile gaming

• Experience working in metrics-based teams/companies.

• Must have good judgment and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Experience with managing one or more of the following channels for UA: Google, Facebook, Unity, ironSource.
